Unfortunate;y you don;t appear to know your own listing. Other than the manufacturer of the hard disk and it's size there is no clue which HDD and type it is.
Considering the fact that in addition to type SATA IDE SAS and even SCSI WD also has like many manufacturers different spin speeds which directly influence speed. there also are more energy efficient versions as well as versions sold OEM for DESKTOP or Server main difference warrenty levels from 1 to 5 years. When you check for the full modell number please take note of the production date. A serial number is also helpfull to check it's history and details you might not have.
The PSU make no mention of the make, model or wattage or if it modular and how many and what type of connectors exist. Technical detail could be checked if Modul would be know.
Presuming 3 of the 4 HDD frames are empty. Which make are them? do they have active cooling front and back or just passive cooling.
What make is the 1U rackmount casing. I take it there is no top lid, is there?
